Equal Say has been providing independent
advocacy for adults with learning difficulties since 1995.
Citizen advocates are ordinary members
of the public who get to know another person who has a learning
difficulty.
Through getting to know each other, citizen
advocates will come to understand what their 'partner's' needs,
wishes and feelings are, and put them forward, as if they
were their own.
